Thank you, Mr. Miller...

Debuting in Roger Corman films of the '50s, Dick Miller was the jovial every-man character actor for generations of moviegoers.
A personal favorite is 1959's A Bucket of Blood, directed by Corman. It's hilarious and morbid and a perfect jab at the bohemian pretensions of the Beat era. He would often reprise that character, Walter Paisley, in other film and TV appearances: Hollywood Boulevard; The Howling; Twilight Zone: The Movie; Chopping Mall; Shake, Rattle & Rock; Rebel Highway...including his last role, in the as-yet-unreleased movie Hanukkah.

Thanks for all the thrills, chills, and laughs, Mr. Miller.
